Overview

ReviewPulse ("the Service") is an AI-powered tool that generates suggested responses to customer reviews. The Service is operated by Relinquish ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

What the Service does

ReviewPulse uses artificial intelligence to generate suggested responses to customer reviews based on your business information and brand voice preferences. These are suggestions — not final responses posted on your behalf.

Your responsibilities

• Review before posting: You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated responses before posting them on any platform. The Service provides suggestions only.
• Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that any response you post is accurate and does not contain false claims or commitments your business cannot fulfill.
• Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• Lawful use: You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
• Content ownership: You must have the right to use any business information and review data you submit to the Service.

AI-generated content

Responses generated by ReviewPulse are created by AI and may occasionally:

• Contain inaccuracies or suggestions that don't perfectly match your intentions
• Include phrasing that you may want to adjust for your specific situation
• Reference commitments (e.g., "we'd love to make this right") that you should only post if you intend to follow through

This is why we emphasize: always review before posting. The AI is a starting point, not a final answer.

Service availability and limits

• The free plan includes up to 10 AI-generated responses per month.
• We reserve the right to modify plan limits, features, and pricing with reasonable notice.
• The Service is provided "as is." We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Intellectual property

AI-generated responses are created for your use. You own the responses you generate and may use them however you wish. We retain a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use anonymized and aggregated data derived from your use of the Service for the purpose of improving and operating the Service. This does not include your personal information or identifiable business data.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, complete, or suitable for any particular use.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relinquish and its operators, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service
• Any AI-generated content provided by the Service, whether or not you choose to post, modify, or act on it
• Any actions taken by third parties in response to content you post using suggestions from the Service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any other matter relating to the Service

In any event, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Relinquish, its operators, affiliates, and service providers from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) any content you post, publish, or distribute that was generated by or derived from the Service; (c) your violation of these terms; or (d) your violation of any rights of a third party. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and posting any AI-generated content, and that by choosing to use such content, you assume full responsibility for it.

Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive use of the Service.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, rather than in court. You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.

You agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at support@relinquish.app before initiating arbitration. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally within thirty (30) days, either party may proceed with arbitration.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court or arbitrator, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes through the Service or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
